(a) Non standard tartan request
If you have a special request such as:
- Ordering a Tartan Bear or Bears in a non standard tartan
- Ordering a moderate quantity of tartan material in a tartan not listed
Please go to the Special Requests form below or e mail requests@tartantime.co.uk. We will consider your request and get back to you with feasability and costs.
(b) Requests for your own front wording on greeting cards:
- Select ‘Your Own Wording’ from the wordings drop down list.
- Make the other selections as required: design, quantity etc.
- Press the ‘Add to Basket’ button. This will take you to the shopping cart page.
- At the first page of the shopping cart there is a ‘Message Box’ where you can enter the wording you require.
(c) Any other special request:
Some examples:
- Special engraving
- Deadline on receiving goods
- Ordering several items, with each going to different address (add note in shopping cart message box and follow up with details as below).
- Next day delivery. This is available in the UK next day by 12.00 a.m. for packages weighing up to 2 kg (Post Office Special Delivery Service). An extra charge will be made based on actual weight and costs, payable with the order. Again use message box and or follow details below. Orders over 2 Kg are considerably more expensive for next day delivery and a price can be obtained if required.
- AIRSURE or INTERNATIONAL DATAPOST for a faster delivery service abroad.
- Any other special request

- Non standard prices may apply to any special request although, not to (b) above -
We will, however, endeavor to keep any extra costs to the minimum and a quote will be provided for any additional time or resources, that may be required. Availability will also be checked out where we can.
