“Jewellery based on Norse mythology, Celtic and Scottish Designs”
Shetland Jewellery operates from a small factory in the Shetland islands, which lie about 100 miles off the northern tip of mainland Scotland.
The workshop is set beside a sea loch, which abounds in wildlife especially during the summer months. Artic terns and other seabirds hover just outside and wild otters can be seen from the windows. Designs are therefore drawn from the locality and in particular, from the Scottish influences, Scandinavian mythology and from the local wildlife.
We can now offer you the full range of jewellery designs available from this quality craft manufacturer. The designs also include a recently expanded range of traditional Celtic designs from other parts of Scotland and Ireland.
All craftsmen and women at Shetland Jewellery have all been trained in the arts of jewellery manufacture. In addition, each piece is made from start to finish by the same jewellery worker to ensure the highest standards of quality in the finished product.
Shetland Jewelery is only made in silver, 9ct and 18ct gold and each piece is guaranteed for life. It is also individually presented in an attractive presentation case.
